About the work contents of the overhaul performed at our shop.
Overhaul includes complete disassembly, careful inspection of each part, replacement of consumables and other parts that require replacement, and optimal greasing of various parts. Rather than performing overhauls according to manuals on assembly lines, which are common in mechanical systems, we consider the characteristics of reels and the compatibility of parts, interact with precision equipment, and perform not only assembly but also tuning.
