  The entire process was smooth and received a quality product in perfect condition. Extremely satisfied. Good communication from the seller. Appearance and value are on point. The only drawback was it took 3 weeks to ship after I purchased it.

  Shipping was slow, arrived defective out of the box. Contacted the seller, who at first was going to send me a replacement speaker that I would have to dismantle the helmet and use a soldering iron to fix. They had offered me $10 for the trouble, then, they told me to just remove and put back the existing speaker which didn't fix anything. Ultimately had to buy my own replacement speaker and solder it. Also, I never recieved my $10. They are lucky I am not giving them a negative review.

  I never received the item. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times without a resolution. Seller stated he sent me a free item and provided two tracking numbers. The “free” item is what was delivered, not the actual item I ordered. Buyer be ware. Just because a seller has a high rating doesn’t mean they are a good seller. I want a refund for the item and shipping.
