  I've been on EBay for many years and this was one of the most lack luster experiences I have had with a seller. To their credit, they sent me a confirmation email and letting me know that they would send a tracking number, once it had shipped. That was it. When it was 2 days past due to, I emailed them and was completely ignored. 2 more days later, with still no contact, I contacted EBay directly. I was refunded, but no explanation. Terrible communication. Not recommended at all.

  The tire jack/lift is fine and the seller is great. Shipping was great too. The lift is a little flimsy for larger truck tires.

  Package arrived destoryed and missing most pieces. Wrong packaging for these anyway. Looks like it drop shipped from Amazon. Quality was not close to what was ordered.
