  Tok the order and claimed it shipped two days later. After 7 days I contact the seller to find out how it shipped and not only did he nit send it, he decided not to fill the order. Then he claimed to eBay when issuing the refund that I cancelled the order just to cover himself. I did not cancel the order and in fact told him to ship it. I expect he was hoping I would forget I placed the order and he would have kept the money.
