  The item, a laptop computer, was exactly as described and the condition was better than it appeared in the listing photos. Shipping was very fast. The packaging was good as the computer arrived with no damage. It turned on and booted up correctly. Overall it was a good value.

  Great communication and quick shipping. Laptop was packed well and in great condition. Battery doesn't seem to hold a charge, but that's expected with laptops this old. Definitely recommend this seller.

  First started with him saying he lost my item Then he said he would send something else I didn't want instead. When I said I don't want a different item, gave me non working tracking number and said my item was on the way when he never even shipped. Completely ignored my request for cancellation if he lost my item. Ignored and unresolved until ebay stepped in.
