      3 weeks after ordering and still have not received my air filter. Lost in the mail and they refused to send another one. Needed for a road trip now I leave tomorrow without it. Contacted them and they told me to wait (no offer to resolve the issue). Unacceptable that they would not send another after it was mistakenly shipped out of the country according to tracking information. They could have had another one to me in 3 days (only 3 states over). AVOID DEALING WITH THESE UNREASONABLE PEOPLE!

      Great OEM all weather floor mats for my wife’s new Jeep fast shipping packaged. well seller was on the ball with communication for shipping better price on these than the dealer I purchased the vehicle from! The look great in her jeep and are brand new!

      The seller contacted me asking to revise my feedback, stating they sent my item right away. However, the tracking number shows when the label was made, when the item was picked up, and the delivery. My previous feedback stands as do not do business with this company; it took them nearly a week to even ship my item and two weeks in total to receive my item which was listed to be delivered within 3-4 days. Thier response to my feedback was rude and not truthful. Run away from this seller.
