Unfortunately the item was dispatched together with a second order ( according to the invoice, the two orders were listed as a combined order- although placed individually) this incurred an additional duty tax of THB 592. Had the orders been shipped individually as placed, they would have been duty free. Apart from this 'glitch' I've always been very satisfied with the products and service.

  Well packed, good quality, pure DGL (I couldn't find this in the UK - only things mixed with sweeteners or preservatives which are negative for my gastritis), seller responsive to questions, arrived quickly given it comes from India.
