The product appearance is what is pictured and is accurate including the scratches. Also glad that the items were wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap as the box were a bit squished when I received it. My only gripe was there was no cap for the camera sensor but thank goodness that it is still intact and not dirty when I received it.
