  The item was as described and the delivery was excellent. I did, however, order the wrong item. I contacted the seller and I had a quick and helpful reply telling me to return it for a refund. The return was very quick and smooth, and once returned, the item was refunded without delay. I am very happy with the service I received and I would be more than happy to recommend this seller

  The part I have received was damaged. The seller has offered partial refund which I was inclined to accept, but I was able to secure the whole unit for spares elsewhere and rejected the offer. The seller approved the full refund and gave me a phone call to apologise and to let me know they didn't require me to send the damaged part back. I'm very pleased with the way the seller has handled the situation and I do recommend this business

  Brilliant service, well described as there are a lot of Dyson hoover parts out there. Fits my Dyson. Fast delivery. Great comms. Would definitely buy from again. Well packaged.

  The item is as described. It's a bit dirty but as it's a hose for a vacuum cleaner, I wouldn't expect it to be spotless. My one had split, so I checked this thoroughly and it's fine. I ordered it on a Monday and it was ready to collect (my choice, rather than delivery) on the Thursday, so within the times given. The item was well packaged, in a sturdy box and also a plastic bag. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase:)
