  Seller was incredibly friendly and very understanding. I had to reach out to her because the product was damaged during shipping, by no fault of the sellers. She had packed the package incredibly well but it didn't matter in the end. She went out of her way to try to help me fix the product and get it working. She even offered me a refund without being asked just to try to keep me happy. Thank you for making it such an easy process.

  This beautiful mug arrived safely. It was packaged extremely well to prevent damage. The mug was exactly as described and love the colors and the Annapolis.   Buyer was right. It came in 2-3 days time. Very well thought out packaging. Looked it over and saw no problems with the picture frame. Boxed, bubble wrapped, cardboard, brown paper. Great communication. Nice looking frame, as described.

  Most awesome! The item not only matches the description, but is practically like new with no signs of use. If I didn't know that, I probably wouldn't have known that these were used cups. All packaged with incredible care, like some rare artifact on its way to a museum. For me, everything was in the absolute best order and last but not least, fast. To sum up: great seller, great goods and excellent packaging. I give 10 out of 10.
