  I felt awful because I made the mistake of not realizing my old address was still linked to this account. The seller was amazing and helped me right away, I really appreciated that! They were extremely communicative and nice. The shipping and packing were great, the item was as described, and the value was on point because there really isn’t a ton of Shrek / Shrek 2 merch for you. Thank you! Highly recommend this seller.

  Took forever to ship out. Had to remind them they were approaching the 10 day window on day 9 and then it still took several days to ship. Item was exactly as described though, can't fault them there, would have been nice to get it a week and a half sooner though... Packaging and price were good. Happy overall.
