  Top experience. Seller was very helpful with my enquiries about this master window switch. Checked with me before sending that it was correct part. Part unavailable from Mazda. Seller had best price on eBay and it arrived in only 8 days from China. Excellent all round dealings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙂👍

  The item was as described well packed and does the job extremely well. Communication and postage was very ordinary it was not until I contacted eBay 5 days after the scheduled delivery date that i had feedback and that was from eBay not the merchant. To be fair it arrived 3 days later but that was not what I would calll good service.

  Item was advertised as oak barrel for aging beverages, but it’s lined with a plastic bag—no oak contact at all. Seller refused to cover return postage and only offered a partial refund. eBay had to intervene and provide a return label at their expense. Would not buy from this seller again.

  The package was received in time but the product was not as described. This board was listed as a black"magentic" board, and I bought it with the intend to use it as such but it does not hold magnets on the black side. I offered to return the product but the seller offered a 15% discount instead which does not help when I cannot use the product. I also asked, on two occassions, what sort of pen I would need when wanting to write on it. The seller never responded to that. Very frustrating!
