  The item arrived eventually, but shipping was slower than expected. Packaging could be improved for better protection during transit. The item was generally as described, though there were a few minor discrepancies. Value is fair, but not outstanding considering the delays and packaging.   I believe this seller is a scammer and doesn't actually sell anything. They provided an invalid shipping tracking number & when asked to correct it, tried to delay for 24 to 48 hours. They set a ship date that is very far from the purchase date in order to treat the purchase as a temporary loan from the buyer rather than actually shipping the goods that were requested.

  It never shipped and when I contacted seller to ask, I was told that I would need to repurchase item at a higher price due to taxes! This appears to be a scam. When I contacted EBay customer service, it’s “AI” technology did not recognize this to be a scam and I am left with out money or a product. I am still awaiting my money.
