  The item was as described but not well packaged, so in transit received some scratches as it’s packaging was damaged. Also even though deep in the advert information regarding extra costs due to tax and VAT, was included it would be better if you could see this straight away. Seller was helpful when needing additional information.

  Messages seller answered questions straight away, also told me about import tax. They are amazing bars partner was extremely happy Christmas Day, hasn’t had time to fit them yet bur is extremely happy grate value for money cheapest I could find. Wrapped and packed really well also and no scratches on bars

  Excellent crashbars and service from Heed in Poland. Unfortunately let down by UPS Delivery. 3 canceled delivery dates. And finally delivered 2 hours before appointment. Beware I had to pay £50 fees before delivery. Would have been nice to know. Item very well packed and good quality.

  Bars look good but had to pay UPS an extra £45 for vat & admin. UPS delivery was useless & could not speak to anyone. First delivery should have been 3rd then they changed it to 5th stayed in all day no delivery then the changed it to 6th & they did delivery on that day. As said bars look good but not yet unpacked or fitted. Delivery not sellers problems & did expect to pay vat.

  Ordered on 26 August, received 29 August - from Poland! Excellent quality crash bars, superbly packaged to protect in transit. Stainless steel fixings. Really well made. Note : allow around an additional £50 to the overall cost, to cover import duties. Brilliant supplier. I was kept regularly updated re status. A very impressive and satisfactory transaction all round. Highly recommended.

  Buyer Beware This seller provided a misleading product description and ignored my request to cancel the shipment, responding only after it arrived in the U.S. They refused to cover return shipping costs, even though the item remained unopened. Their outdated business practices demonstrate a lack of regard for modern international consumer rights.
