  Exemplary ebay trader - the package was delayed & damaged which ment a vital part was missing upon receipt - totally the fault of DHL couriers - however the seller issued a full refund , despite it nit being her fault - full & honest communication throughout the aborted transaction - satisfied ( although disappointed) no seller issues at all !

  The product was as described - I assume a display model or something. It was brand new and for £20 compared to £47, I feel like I got more value for money. The packaging was also good - came inside an extra box and the postage was reasonable given the size and weight of the item. I am a happy customer.

  Item arrive quickly and as described, however, the packing box it was sent in was covered in mould and it was sent to the wrong house number even though the right address was given. Overall, happy with the item and it’s better than expected, it’s just to post and packing that let this down.

  Item arrived on time and well packaged. Seller was very helpful and communicative throughout. Unfortunately, the mixer arrived with impact damage. Not the seller's fault, likely shipping damage. Would buy from this seller again.
