  The vacuum came in well-packed, with a USB cord, an extra fillter and a booklet in Chinese instructions. It does not held a charge. It does work. A return request has been asked. Ebay Staff is very helpful in processing a free return USPS Return Label. Thank You Ebay Staff.

  Tried to contact seller about the incorrect sent items that are a mix and match of globes H4-1 and H4-2 instead of the ordered H4-3 hi/lo. Also only 1 kit sent when paid and ordered for 2 kits, and the kit sent is in a used state with items with old grease, when meant to be new

  Awful experience! Nothing but mistakes, delays and excuses, delayed me so much I had to buy another unit from a reputable company and get eBay involved to get my money back… then they sent the unit and it still took eight days. Never again!
