  I initially ordered this part and it shipping status had it basically stuck in a “moving to next location- will be late” for several days, which told me that the part was lost in the system. After giving reasonable time for the part to get back on track (and it didn’t), I contacted the seller and the immediately shipped out a new package with the wheel bearings that I had ordered. That package arrived in three days. I am very happy with the responsiveness of this seller.

  First package was lost in transit, but seller was very responsive and immediately sent out another part without making me wait to see if the original would eventually show up (it did and I sent it back). Part was really needed and I am very grateful for the seller being so quick to fix the issue. Price was great and highly recommend this seller!

  Not sure what happened. After 10 days the package had not arrived. The seller did immediately send out another set. Both packages came within 2 days of each other. I did as instructed and wrote return to sender. Overall very satisfied with this vendor.

  Item as described. They fit perfectly into the axle and the king pins were fit with no side play. Ordered on May 1 and shipped the next day but did not receive items until May 8. Tracking was OK but jumped back and forth on when I would receive the order. Seller was a pleasure to deal with. I would order from then again.

  Great communication, easy to work with. My 6pc order showed up with a damaged shipping package obviously damaged in the shipping process. I contacted the seller to let them know that 1 of the 6 bearings had escaped through a hole in the package... no question, they shipped out the replacement right away. Will be doing more business with them. Great people.
