  This was a new product as described. It was well packed, had a hard time getting it out ( lol ) of mailing package. The appearance is exceptional. The quality is also exceptional. It comes in a plastic package. The package is thick plastic and resealable which makes it so the beads can't evaporate, lose strength and that other things such as odors can't get in. This was a great value and I am happy with my purchase.
