  Order the item new, came in a bag w the wrapper torn up. Asked for partial refund, since it was not new or as described and they ignored all requests. It was suppose to be a present for Xmas, can’t hand my brother a bag of parts…refused partial refund, refused miltary discount. Lost my business and others should avoid! This company produces the UPP products.

  I apologize for your experience. However, the item was very much brand new, as are all the products I sell. Also I am not in control of the way USPS handles packages, especially during the holiday season. I package them as well as I can, but once they leave my hands there isn't much more I can do.
