  The item arrived promptly, well packaged, and was in the used condition as described. This was my favorite item I ever purchased from Brighton, and when I sent in for repair of a broken strap, they refused to return it to me and offered a gift card refund that could only be used in the store. I am thrilled to have this item once again!

  As described but packaging poor. Tightly taped up, but only a single plastiic bag with no inner wrapping to protect from wet weather so it arrived wet on one side. Although the side of the bag where the bedding was pushed in was taped--water seeped in and the bedding arrived wet on that side.
