  I ordered multiple items for my wife’s birthday worth close to $1000 (including shipping). The seller’s communication was amazing – always positive, patient, and responsive.   This seller always has the MapleStory merchandise that I always crave. Not only that, Hayanpotion goes the extra mile to look for missing merch from a collection I was collecting for. I wish every online seller communicated as well as Hayan does, super friendly and always willing to help. Shipping is not too pricey, packaging is always very secure.   First time purchasing from Hayanpotion and using Ebay in general and the seller was amazing. They accommodated with my requests to restock a specific merchandise as well as providing extra care in the packaging. They are also extremely kind with their communication as well. As a fan of Maplestory, I'll definitely be purchasing from them again.

  Oh my goodness. HayanPotion has been very accommodating when it came to a little mistake where the package got sent back to them due to a postal service issue. It did take an additional 3-4 weeks, however HayanPotion quickly resolved the issue and we both kept our eyes on the tracking number. Packaging was neat and tightly packed, and they even left a little note to the buyer - which I thought was sweet! Thank you so much for high-quality service throughout! I appreciated it so much!
