  One couldn’t ask for a better seller who is worthy of your trust and even though UPS delivered my package to the wrong address this seller responded quickly and refunded me which wasn’t their fault. Definitely would buy from again without hesitation and Thank You for such great customer service.

  (3) Smash Presses were purchased at a reasonable price, but while the presses upon arrival appeared to be in good quality condition, their packaging was completely broken down and in poor condition and since they were purchased as gifts I had to tape the carton back together which I did not appreciate.

  Item was shipped with no outer box with shipping labels directly on the gift item. Item's box was received with a hole in it Due to having no protection at all...no outer packaging...not even a bag or bubble wrap. Contacted seller who said they would get back to me, but didn't. I asked for a refund or a replacement, but got neither and if they need the damaged one back, seller needs to pay the return shipping, nit me. This was no fault of me, the buyer!
