  At first they agreed to my requests to make a custom hat based off this listing. After receiving hat it wasn't quite the size or location of the embroidery I wanted. Asked seller if I could return and have it redone. He agreed. But said he couldn't send me a prepaid label for whatever reason so I followed the eBay return instructions which I paid for the label. Seller said he would give full refund including shipping label. Haven't heard from him since. Partial refund received and no new hat.
