Even did not bother to seal the lid of the hand sized box and dropped it off in the mail! No bag, plastic, paper, bubble, nothing. This despite my request for safe packaging of a fragile electric appliance and an affirmative response in broken English. What can you say about this service? One word, Pathetic.
