  I like this seller. The item shipped in just over a week and was packaged in a more than appropriate format to protect the item. Closer inspection shows that the drive is indeed in used condition as previously described. This auction was great value for what I was purchasing.   I'm extremely pleased with my HGST Hitachi 4TB HDD purchase from this seller. Their communication was excellent, and the shipping was fast! The HDD arrived well-packaged and in perfect Condition. The Quality is outstanding, and the HDD looks brand new (Appearance). A great Value! I highly recommend them for a smooth, positive experience. Their service was top-notch.

  The Seller is very transparent as I bought 04 x HDDs during an auction, when it arrived, I was preparing to start my journey to India, barely got time to check, when I reached my destination, I checked them found that one of the drives is not working at all. I informed the issue with the seller, and also clarified that I could not be able to return the defective product to him. He generously agreed to refund the money for the drive even he is knowing that he is not gonna getting a return. Thanks
