Item was shipped promptly on 2/29, stalled in TX for over a week, then was declared delivered on 3/11 - but wasn't. Ebay was very responsive and even issued a refund the morning of 3/12. The item then showed up in my mail box that afternoon. Ebay was pleasant to deal with as was the seller. USPS was the problem. The seller lamented that postal service has become unreliable.
