  Seller was great at communication and response. The item I ordered was damaged before shipping and they notified me that they was sending a replacement.   Perfect, quick to ship had pictured and packed well. Got it ahead of suggested arrival date. Was packed tightly to keep the lid form moving in transit. Wasn't over packed and is exactly as pictured no damage or edge chipping which can happen with piece like this. Would purchase from seller again.

  Great condition and excellent quality at a good price. Exactly as described. They are a lovely and very attractive. I love the Crown Tuscan Pink color. Shipped quickly, this seller worked very hard to get this Salt and Pepper Shaker to me and went above and beyond to try and make this happen They were well wrapped .   Item is as beautiful as described. Shipping time was ok on sellers part, the postal service messed up, but not a big deal. Love my new item, it was at a good price and Included the cost of shipping. I was amazed that it, being glass, wasn't broken since it was just placed in a small envelope and shipped.
