  item was sent in a vacuum bag(it was not included in the listing that this is how it would be sent). i understand its cheaper for shipping purposes, but i received a FLAT pillow/plush -- not what i wanted or ordered. waited a while for it to fluff up but it didnt. reached out to seller which was useless. they offered 10 bucks back or something like that. no thanks. never again. kept it cuz i didnt wanna deal with it. waste of time and money
