  SpinCandy has been an ‘exemplary’ eBay seller. They sent a customized set of audio turntable feet to me, contacting me shortly after asking how they worked out. At that time my feelings were that the product was going to work out. To my surprise, they, again, contacted me to say that as a result of some further research they did on their own, the product they sent might not work well in the ‘long run’. I give them ‘kudos’ for their high level of customer satisfaction.

  Seller was diligent in sending the item in a timely manner but the USPS mishandled the package. Not the seller's fault. Seller was responsive to communication and helpful in getting the item to me despite the mishandling. Would definitely use this seller again!

  Items as described. Secur4ely packaged for shipping. A++ eBay seller. Would buy from again. Only issue is I ran into was seller sent the item with signature required. This was not listed in the description about shipping. This delayed delivery as I had to schedule pickup at the local post office.

  Trouble with shipping, seller was excellent on communication, and refunded the sale when the shipping seemed lost. Eventually the item was delivered, and seller donated the item rather than redo the sale. Excellent service.
