  Item was shipped via FedEx. I was not at home when FedEx came to the house for the initial drop off. They left a notice and did indicate what I need to do with the notice. I sent a message to the seller inquiring what I should do and I never heard back from the seller. I went to fedex.com to see what I need to do, I then found out FedEx will be coming back the next day at the end of the day for the drop off, they did not. They delivered three days later. Not impressed.

  You 1st complained about USPS package handling and I informed you this package would ship via FedEx. I am sorry you did not understand the FedEx notification and FedEx guidance. I responded to your email at 12:27AM - 1hr and 26min after you sent it. I did everything within my control to ship the package to you safely and expeditiously. I am sorry my efforts failed to meet your expectations. Perhaps this delivery issue is better addressed with FedEx as it relates to their operations?
