  The seller did a great job in securing the item. Item arrived on time and was packaged very well. No damage was found on the tie, only a little bit light creasing at the tip of the tie, but it went away as I straightened out. It caught me to my surprise that the tie was actually pink! I thought it was a tan color based on the photos. I didn't see the color being described, so I just went with the photo. I'll go ahead and keep the tie since it's a soft pink and it looks good with a navy suit.

  Worst experience I’ve had with a seller. After I purchased the item, they messaged me saying that it was listed for the wrong price and implied that they wouldn’t mail it unless I sent more money through PayPal. Then they relisted the item for sale. When I asked why they relisted the item I had already purchased, they claimed it was a mistake but then kept the new listing up until I sent additional money. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The buyer kindly agreed to this, and I received the additional payment.At our store, we always strive to communicate carefully so that all of our customers are satisfied.
