  So well packaged I think this fragile teapot could have survived a 50 foot drop. Received in appropriate time. Item as described, intact, no blemishes. Love it and would work with this seller again. Was able to negotiate a slightly lower price. Shipping cost for size of package okay.

  Very quick to ship. No way the ramekin was breaking with the great packaging job. Wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap with more bubble wrap stuffed in the box. It a beautiful piece and pictures didn't do it justice.
