  Item received boxed, on opening no adaptor (edison/bayonet) and no battery in remote! Contact seller and was asked to send pictures. Of what, the missing items? Was then offered 10% refund or return the item. Took the 10% (£2.20) approx, not enough to cover cost of replacement adapter or batteries! Very disappointing, first ever won't recommend or use again on Ebay.

  i had no worries about this seller i did however worry about the delivery which should have happened on Sunday but all was put right it was delivered on the Monday.

  Pictures are a bit misleading and it states it's on original packaging which one would assume its the cardboard Toy Story packaging but it actually just arrived in a little poly bag. Much smaller than expected but that's on me for not measuring. Again one of the pictures doesn't tally up with the others and gives the impression it's bigger. Quality isn't great so would probably invest in something better next time but was cheap so can't complain too much! Service from buyer was great
