  The entire experience has been first-rate. The seller is very communicative, which helped ease my concern about buying the earphones internationally. They came by quick and arrived intact- suitably packaged. I think they're new, at least there aren't any noticeable damage to the Jabra's elite earphones. I judge that the seller had been forthright in his listing, i.e., as described. I got a great value on them too. Overall, it's a happy purchase.

  Product was listed as "new condition" meaning unopened packaging. after making the payment, seller contacts me and says there is no box, but the machine is new. after he sent the picture, you could see the dirt in the microphones. then he switched to telling me it was "tested". I cancelled the order. on the positive side, he replied fairly quickly and did tell me about the product and sent me pictures before shipping out, so that was appreciated. Careful with your listing condition.

  Great seller ... the add was a little confusing and the seller proactively reached out to me. When I realized that I wasn't purchasing what I thought, they quickly cancelled the transaction and refunded the money. I really appreciated that upfront honesty.
