  The customer service was fantastic. When my order arrived, FedEx body slammed and stomped on the package several times during transit so there were missing pieces when it was delivered. Reached out to the seller and they sent me the missing hardware right away and I was able to complete the install without issue.

  I ordered a lush, lighted & decorated garland. What I received was a thin, unlit & in decorated garland. Contacted seller immediately who offered to send another one out. I stated I didn't know if I'd get same thing so requested a refund. I was told would give me only 60% back, questioned since I didn't get what I paid for why not full amt. back. He stated EBay rules. I paid a total $30.77 but only getting $12.42, not even 50% back. Will never buy from this seller again.
