  This seller supplied a replacement led security light bulb. The ordering and delivery were easy and good. Unfortunately I had to email that the bulb had failed shortly after using and they offered a replacement or refund. The latter was actioned by return of my acceptance email. I would deal with this seller again.

  Thanks, no comms though, but great eBay service around return and refund. Mostly postal handling at fault for the damage to the one I received as it said out for delivery a couple of times so probably had a bit more stacking and stuffing.

  Delivery was running late, got in touch with seller, and was very helpful . Item arrived a day later. After just under a week , the watch has ceased to work. What do you expect for the price!!!. As they say, you get what you pay for. Id recommend the seller, not the watch.

  As described shame the seller waits 7 days before it gets posted but having said this my watch did arrive before 16th July.Nice watch for getting started with fitness trackers

  product did not arrive due to royal mail having fault. seller was very kind and refunded very fast. seller had great and clear communication and was helpful through the process :)
