  Listing stated item was brand new in box, but I received an unusable item. Waste toner cartridge was completely full of toner in a bag that was also full of toner, but the box looked new. When I contacted seller, seller said they shipped new cartridge. When I sent them pictures of item & packaging, and the used, dirty cartridge, they implied I was lying. Never had an issue with any seller like this before. Be very cautious about doing business with them. Refunded money after 3rd contact.

  The toner was in good condition on arrival. the price was a great value. I appreciate that the toner was over boxed for protection of the contents. USPS did an Okay job of shipping and delivering the product. I would buy from you again.
