A good seller & I would buy from again if they had something I needed. Packaging & shipping was good my item arrived on time and in good condition. The Universal Head Rest was exactly as described and was half the price of the other sellers. The installation onto my chair was straight forward and easy and it works well, and I may mod it and make it a permanent with some better brackets made of steel but for now it's fine.
