    The package was misdelivered so I contacted Koh-i-Noor. They sent me a photo of the package in a letter box but it was not my front door, which I explained. They sent a replacement package with no quibble and it arrived next day. Excellent service!.

    Lovely flowing ink for writing. Really impressed with the secure packaging, complete retail product, glass bottle with ink, outer retail clear strong plastic box around that.
