  Seller packaged item very well, protected corners with cardboard and used plastic wrap to keep safe. Wrenches were as described, brand new condition just a little dusty which was clearly stated. Fair price. Shipping was a little slow, but more to blame on DHL than seller

  Shipped quickly and as described. Only issue was the device was defective and since they did not have a power adapter, they could not test it. I was issued a partial refund which was acceptable to me and in a timely manner. A++ service and great communication.
