Hubo un problema de transporte que afecto al articulo dañando lo y que después de informar al vendedor de lo ocurrido, este optó por enviarme otro articulo de reemplazo en perfectas condiciones La comunicación y el trato con el vendedor ha sido magnifico y de una gran amabilidad y comprensión solucionando totalmente el problema.   El vendedor me ha contactado y después de dialogar ha reconocido el problema y me ha ofrecido la sustitución del articulo dañado y la modificación del sistema de embalaje para prever que se repitan incidentes desagradables con los artículos enviados. Desearía poder cambiar el voto emitido por otro positivo al comprobar la actitud positiva y dialogante del vendedor que me ha demostrado que mi voto negativo ha sido muy precipitado.   I just received my Punisher. I ordered it on the 14th and I was told it would be here by July 3rd. It arrived on April 28 th! Excellent packaging, excellent time. I would do business with this seller in a heartbeat!
