  Fast shipping. There was an issue with the turbos and I had to send them back. They communicated very well through that process and quickly. They also issued a refund right away. Although the part didn't work out for me the seller was great to work with!

  It was not until my requesting of where my item was that they told me that item was not in stock and they had not been expecting any stock for quite some time. I have the vehicle on a list and a part waiting for this part. I had to source it from a different supplier which I received within four days. Their communication is extremely poor. Can I say I would recommend them to anyone at this point

  Even though the product description did not align with the advertised details, it may have been due to a clerical error. However, the seller promptly processed the refund and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. For future purchases, it's advisable to ask questions to clarify any details before completing the transaction.

  Turbo shipment was fast and came well packaged. I contacted seller with question if turbo was rebuild with a 360 degree thrust bearing, they replied yes on the following day.

  Scammers, listed that they sell remanufactured turbos when I received significantly old and used turbos that were spray painted silver and claimed to be rebuilt. Quick bore scope of both turbos internally show that neither turbo has been remanufactured, let alone refurbished. This seller is a scammer listing fake services/items.

  The first Turbo came out seized, but the seller quickly remedied the situation. I purchased a second one, sent the defective one back with the seller paying the shipping back and my original purchase was fully refunded. Thank you for the great service. I’ll update my feedback once the mechanic gets the second turbo on the truck.
