  Package was delivered much earlier than expected, a welcome surprise. The item came in well protected with bubble wrap, and was exactly as described. Throughout the whole payment process, the seller was very communicative, offering many options in shipment while giving insight concerning recent changes from US policies.   Received the official product in new condition as described. Packaging was also very well done, secured with cardboard and bubble wrap so nothing broke. The seller also contacted me after I bought the item with more information about the tracking/shipping and common problems that could occur. There were no issues regarding shipping, and the item was received in a timely manner. :)

  The seller was so great with communication, especially with the changing tariff situation. The items arrived in perfect condition and were well packaged. They are so soft and cute and great price for the items, which came from overseas/we could not find it in the US. Would definitely recommend this seller and would buy again if we need anything else! Considering it shipped from overseas, it arrived pretty quickly!

  Excellent communication and did ship very quickly. Even with a major time difference the seller was fast to respond to messages. Item is as described and was packaged well.   I didn’t expect for my item to arrive so quick. I would’ve thought it would taken a good two weeks. But it barely took a week and 2 days. So thank you! Everything was packaged very nicely and taped very well. Probably the best package I’ve ever received as to how safely and securely packaged it was.   The seller reached out ahead of time to warn me that there might be delays due to a strike within Canada Post, which I found very lovely and considerate. The product arrived on time, and in beautiful quality! The box was in great condition and was protected well. The description was accurate as well, this product seemed brand new to me.
