  The delivery was quite fast. The product is new, just as shown in the photos. The original packaging was slightly damaged, which caused some of the fertilizer to spill into the plastic envelope it was packed in.

  It appears the package was probably tampered with or damaged during transit as the seller reassured me that it was in perfect condition when it left them, which I fully accept as they are a reputable company. They quickly refunded the cost of the item to my satisfaction. I will have no hesitation in ordering with them again.

  Didn’t actually receive this compost maker after waiting longer than expected for delivery. Told it was damaged by carriers on way to me. However was refunded in full almost immediately by seller. So made it a positive experience as responded to contact quickly.
