  I originally got the incorrect item with the routing being different than I’d ordered and had to send it back and get the correct one. It took a while but all in all they were easy to communicate with and I got what I ordered in the end.

  Neck was better than expected if I'mz being honest. Frets were well seated just needed a crown & leveling. Delivered 2 weeks sooner than quoted. Had a slight issue but was resolved Instantly. Very responsive seller. Would buy again.
