  If I could give Harald and Guitar-Place a higher rating I would. They were simply amazing! First, immediate communication and immediate shipping - it was shipped the next day. Got over here quickly (Germany to Canada), and although the carrier obviously left the box exposed to the rain, the superb packing job, (tied in a bag, with padding, in the shipping box, wrapped) meant that the case was dry as a bone. THANK YOU!! I will be looking to guitar-place first for anything I need in the future.

  Guitar-Place themselves did a good job dispatching the guitar fairly quickly and well packaged in good condition. Their response to communication/problems was also good (esp. considering I’m guessing it was conducted in a second language). What let things down a bit was DPD (in the UK) who have somewhat poor customer service/rude reps and were unable to unexplain delays/deflected (worth taking into account that you will face steep import fees and delays beyond the expected delivery date in UK)
