  Communication was great. Ashley walked me through the process of the purchase and delivery of this machine and I decided to follow through with the purchase. The machine arrived in a solid wooden crate and was delivered by a truck with a lift gate within 10 days. After removing the machine from the crate I inspected it and all was as described. The machine operates flawlessly. Thank You Ashley for making this an enjoyable buying experience. I will definitely buy from this company again.

  Good honest seller. Solid auger appears to be of decent quality. Auger was missing some small hardware, and seller went above and beyond to get me the missing parts in a timely manner. Had another issue and seller offered to help but I was able to make a minor repair on my own. Overall, a good experience, a good value and would buy from again. Thank you.
