  They sell expired products Please check whether the items you have bought are expired. You do not want expired products on your face or your eyes. They gave me a product that expired in 2023. Then when I wanted a refund, they gave me a shipping label where the item is returned to me. This just wants to delay the process so they do not have to provide the refund Save yourself the harm (done to your face) and the hassle of the refund. Never buy from them

  I’m really disappointed with the shipping time. It’s been almost 3 to 4 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. This is way too long for a product like this, and there has been no proper update or explanation. The shipping experience has been terrible — definitely not what I expected. Please improve your delivery process.
