  I purchased this item to replace a head sculpt, and while it was a little pricey, it was as expected. The package arrived in excellent condition, and everything was well protected. The seller made sure that the item was securely packed, which I really appreciated. The figure was exactly as described, with no defects or missing parts.   You all have a nice store. Overall good for shipping. Excellent packaging. Came as described. It was a good value. Only thing is and this is twice it has happened with Call of duty black ops 2 for PlayStation 3. It gets to a certain screen and it freezes. Will not play game just freezes. It did the same thing to another black ops 2 I bought from another store online. They just refund me for that game. The other game advance war works great. Black ops and it appears to be a common problem.

  There was a problem with the pump, but I reached out to Grizzly and received a quick response. Grizzly promptly shipped me a replacement item. This is a top-notch seller, for it was advertised "no returns", let when a product was defective, Grizzly responded immediately and offered a replacement or a refund. I will definitely shop Grizzly's store again!!!
