  Bad communication. Ask if she shipped out the package she yes. I trusted her and dropped the claim. I called my grandson to see if he received it he thought he did because he had several items coming in. It was never shipped out. I was unable to file another claim. She also said she had things to worry about. As if I was bothering her.

  I wouldn't purchase anything from this clown again! I received the hitch with the ball seized in the hitch; I contacted the seller to return the item, and everything went downhill from that point. I explained the problem and the hitch wasn't fully functional as described; all the seller would say was both I and a local dealer that confirmed it didn't work correctly didn't know what we were talking about and everything was my fault so they would not take it back!

  This information is completely incorrect. When asked for proof that the hitch was stuck after insults and name calling in messages this is what the buyer left as a comment.

  Items Arrived Smashed (two 40 lb planters put in a cardboard box Without Packing Materials - despite ship costs $121. TEN Days Later am Still Waiting For a Refund. I was patient and even Tried To Help Seller by filing a UPS claim (denied). Seller never offered a refund or said they were sorry. When I asked them why still no refund after 10 days they got nasty/blaming. I've Bought/Sold 29 YEARS on Ebay and never had someone pack item so poorly, then take no responsibility /try blame me.
